Apesar de cativada pelo sabor, achei impossível não partilhar também a história deste cantinho delicioso.
O Antoine, dono do restaurante, experimentou dim sums pela primeira vez quando visitou a sua namorada, atualmente esposa, em Taiwan, quando esta fazia Erasmus. Apaixonou-se e quis de imediato aprender a fazer esta iguaria da forma mais caseira possível. Abriu este espaço e rapidamente se tornou um sucesso. Impossível de não acontecer quando o sabor, o conforto e a excelência são inigualáveis.

Playing with colours, flavours, and fillings is indeed the motto. From the dough to the topping, this establishment shows that tradition and creativity can coexist.
Even though I was captivated by the flavour, it was impossible for me not to share with you the story of this delicious corner. Antoine, the owner of the restaurant, tried dim sums for the first time when he visited his girlfriend, now his wife, in Taiwan while she was doing Erasmus.
He fell in love and immediately wanted to learn how to do this delicacy in the most homemade way possible. He opened this place and it quickly became a success. Impossible not to happen when flavour, comfort and excellence are unique.
pt: Estes foram os primeiros dim yums que alguma vez comi e fiquei rendida. Vinham quentinhos e apresentados da maneira tradicional. Podem ser com porco, carne bovina ou vegetais. Para a experiência vegan, comi o de vegetais. O sabor explode na boca de uma forma incrível e bastante presente.
eng: These were the first dim yums I'd ever eaten. They arrived warm and presented themselves in the traditional manner. They were also available with pork, beef, or vegetables. I also had the vegan one. The flavor explodes in the mouth in a spectacular and very present manner.
